Scaffolding that rises with the building
New construction changes quickly. A useful scaffold must keep pace with the structure rather than suit only the first few weeks. We plan new build scaffolding with working lifts for brickwork, roofing, windows, cladding and finishing trades, then adapt it as active levels move. Before erection, we establish elevations, lift heights, loading positions and access routes. This early work helps prevent one trade's platform from becoming another trade's obstacle. We support residential, commercial, public-sector and private-sector builds, including sites with sensitive surroundings or less straightforward access.

Clear stages from erection to removal
The scaffold programme starts with the information that affects its layout: building dimensions, milestones, material movements and the order in which elevations will progress. We erect the planned structure and complete handover before use. Later alterations are controlled so access remains aligned with the current phase, not last month's drawings. Once the relevant trades have finished, we coordinate dismantling with site management and remove sections in an agreed sequence. That keeps the final stages organised when space is often at its tightest.
Frequently asked questions
When should new build scaffold planning begin?
Planning should begin once reliable elevations, programme dates and access needs are available. Early discussion gives us time to consider lift heights, loading points and the space needed for erection.
Can you alter scaffolding as the building rises?
Yes. Progressive adaptations can be agreed as construction moves through its stages. We control each alteration and ensure the changed section is suitable before it is brought back into use.
What happens before the scaffold is first used?
We complete the planned erection and handover process before use. Site responsibilities, access arrangements and any known future alterations should also be clear to the relevant project team.
