Practical access without blocking the whole home
Roofing, chimney repairs, rendering and window work become much easier when trades can stand at the right level. We provide domestic scaffolding for occupied homes, residential new builds, renovations and refurbishment projects. The scaffold is planned around the work, but everyday access matters too. We look at doors, paths, driveways and neighbouring boundaries before deciding where standards and access points should sit. That helps keep agreed routes usable while giving builders and roofers the platform space they need. Nobody wants to discover the front door has become an obstacle course after erection day.

Clear stages from assessment to removal
We start by assessing the property and confirming which elevations and working heights are required. Platform levels are agreed around the trade task, followed by delivery and erection in a suitable working area. We use the Scafftag system on residential contracts to communicate scaffold inspection status clearly. If the work changes, any scaffold alterations must be arranged rather than improvised. Once the roofing or building work is complete, we coordinate dismantling and removal, taking account of vehicles, garden access and the space needed to handle components safely.
Frequently asked questions
Can you keep my front door accessible?
We consider entrances and paths when planning the scaffold and aim to maintain agreed practical access where the property allows it. Tell us which routes must remain usable before erection.
What home projects commonly need scaffolding?
Roof repairs, chimney work, rendering, window replacement and exterior maintenance often need raised access. The right arrangement depends on the elevation and work being completed.
What happens when the household work is finished?
Once the relevant trade confirms the scaffold is no longer needed, we arrange dismantling and removal. Driveways, paths and loading space should be kept clear at the agreed time.
